The RULES

Hey Family!

Welcome to the blog.  Email me or James your numbers for the week by Sunday night at 10:00 PM.  

Here are the Rules:

Weigh in every Monday at the same time.  
Calculate all of your points throughout the day/week.  It is all on the HONOR SYSTEM.  But just know...

Your HIPS don't lie people!!!  :) 

Here is the Categories:


Points              Ways to earn or loose points
5 5 servings of vegetables a day
3 3 servings of fruits a day
1 half hour of exercise
3 1 hour of exercise 
1 for every half hour of exercise after the first hour
1 for every pound lost
1 reading scriptures for at least ten minutes 
2 8 normal glasses of water per day.  no sippy cups!
-5 for any candy, dessert, pop, or any other junk food

You can pick one free day a week you can eat what ever you want but if you gain weight you don't get a point for loosing weight until you are back to the weight you were before you gained weight.  MAKE SENSE?  There will be no points counted on your free day.

Thanksgiving and christmas day are days off and no points will be counted.  The competition ends December 30th at 11:59 pm

Lets just do this as individuals.  Count up your own points on your own tally sheet, and turn them in to James or I on Sunday Night.  We will post everybody's numbers on the blog so we can all track how much better we need to be doing...

Also...if anybody has ideas on what the PRIZE should be...please let us all know.  It needs to be cheap and worth all of this turmoil. :)

I made up a tally sheet in excel that you can put on your fridge or something for easy counting.  I will email it out to everybody.  Use it if you want.  

Also...if anybody wants to change anything up, let us know.
